Creating Video-CD compatible MPG movie using TMPGEnc

To create Video-CD compatible MPEG movie you need to install and run free TMPGEnc. You may download the latest version here: http://www.tmpgenc.com/e_download.html. Then follow the instructions below:

1. Open TPMPEG. The Project Wizard should appear. If it does not, you may invoke it using Project Wizard command from File menu.
2. Select the appropriate format. It should be Video-CD/NTSC or Video-CD/PAL, depending of the destination TV system. Click Next.
3. Use Browse button to locate video file (this is the AVI file that you have created using Power Video Karaoke). The audio file should be filled automatically with the same AVI file as it contains the audio track. Click Next.
4. Click Next on the next two screens.
5. Choose the output name for the MPG file. Click OK when done. The encoding should start -- you will see the currently encoded frame in the preview window.
